This pan is better than the non-commercial ones by far! The handle is much longer so it doesn't get warm at all and allows you to keep your hand away from the hear source. Might not be good with children in the house unless you can turn the handle in. If you are using several burners that might be difficult because the handle would be over a burner due to the length.

I purchased the 10" fry pan and the 8" as well. I have used them both everyday since they arrived and am very pleased with their performance. Very sturdy construction and excellent nonstick coating. Omelets slide out of the skillet effortlessly. I hope they last and must say that so far I'm very satisfied.

Quality pan, oven proof

Not just for a restaurant kitchen. These pans are great even for a home chef.

This is the second purchase of a great Fry Pan the nonstick coating is as tough as they come.

This skillet appears to be very well made. It cooks evenly and cleans up easily.

These are my favorite pans

This is second time we have ordered. The old pan was used several times a week and held up extremely well. We highly recommend this product

My old Calphalon skillet lost it’s non stick coating. The new skillet is very good and my old 10 inch top fits it.

I love this skillet! Have been looking for a nonstick for frying eggs and this is great one. Big enough for three.
