I reviewed many frying pans and settled on this 10 inch because it was a “Goldie locks” pan, just the right size. Got the pan home seasoned it and put it to use. To my surprise after only about ten uses I noticed scratches on the cooking surface. I was really taken back because I had read that this pan was used by many professional cooks at restaurants and had withstood the rigors of commercial kitchens. I have been very careful to use “soft” utensils when cooking and the only thing I’ve cooked in the pan were eggs. VERY DISAPPOINTED ! Now disbelief in positive reviews and in SAM’s for carrying these pans. I believe you’d be better off with a different choice, even if more expensive. And oh yes, I would NOT recommend this pan to a friend.
