The pan cooks really well and is easy to clean. I have both the 10 inch and 8-inch pans. However, after considerable use over a few months the non-stick coating has started to flake off. That said, for the price it probably is no big deal to replace them once year or so.

I've bought every size they sell of this frying pan. They are great, they clean up easily, they are made in USA! They aren't located where they sell the domestic cookware, go to the foodservice aisle. Use them correctly- medium heat, no metal utensils- and they should hold up for a long time.

I wish they sold these member Mark pans in a set. These are quality pans. We had bought very expensive name brand that eventually wore. Needed a few new fry pans so I thought I would give these a try and I am happy I did. Even my very picky husband liked it so well he told me to buy another one in a different size.

The gray paint on the outside of the pan comes off everywhere - all over the stove, sink, dishrag, and other dishes as soon as it gets hot. That's gray paint stuck/melted into the glass countertop stove! It's a horrible mess. How could no one else mention this and it have such high reviews? The non stick inside seems good but I've only used it a couple of times because of the horrible mess and any non stick pan is good for a couple of uses.

Best deal anywhere on a non-stick fry/sauté` pan. After more than 6 months of daily household use & abuse, the outside has a darkened 'patina' of a commercial kitchen with nary a mark on the interior...despite using metal utensils and whisk while cooking. Surface still nice, true and flat. Buy these...I don't think you'll be disappointed for stove top use. (Time to try their SS skillets for my new Induction Unit.
