Overall good product for my restaurant and catering. Only issue is that 4-5 of the packs always are lost at the bottom of the box because the outer tape that seals the bottom of the box sticks to them ,and they tear when getting the packs out.

this is a great value but how could they not include spoons? I bought these but didn't realize this until I used them for a pot luck at work and then noticed that there wasn't a spoon to use to eat the chili with! Uggh! I was so embarrassed.

used them for a bbque and the prepackaged utensils with the napkins made it a whole lot easier than having everything separate. Much more sanitary also.

We use this product frequently. I like that it has the salt & pepper included with the napikin, fork and knife. Two suggestions to raise the rating: 1) include a spoon 2) make this item available to be shipped

We like these packets because they include the salt and pepper packets. I was disappointed in this batch though because quite a few of the packets had broken or missing utensils

Poor packaging. The tape used to seal the box stuck to the packages of utensils inside the box. Lost about 10 utensil packages because the tape tore open the packages. Okay quality otherwise.

We serve the homeless meals on a weekly basis and buying the small packs was way to costly Sams had this bulk pack and it’s been a blessing as we are not spending nearly as much as we were before.

This product was ordered for the community Thanksgiving meal that our church held. The napkins were a good quality. The salt and pepper were still fresh, and the utensils were more than strong enough for the food served. These product made our meal so much easier to serve.

I buy these for my brothers who are part of their local Lions Club organization. The organization members do not live near a Sam’s Club, so they contact me to get them these packaged plastic wear for their Annual Labor Day Breakfast. They work great because they no longer have to roll the fork and knife in a napkins or put out salt and pepper shakers. Storage from year to year is made easier too.

The quality of this product changes each time. Sometimes the quality is perfect, sometimes 1/4 of the box was manufactured incorrectly and salt & broken cutlery are everywhere. The tape they use to seal the boxes means that EVERY case has 2-4 cutlery packs that are stuck to the tape, open, and unusable. The cutlery does hold up for the customers at our bbq restaurant, so that helps me to keep buying.
