We buy these packets every month or so. Our neighbor is involved with feeding the homeless in our area.....we donate bowls and the plasticware packets, because they have everything you need to eat a meal...utensils, napkin, and salt/pepper packs. Good price too.

We love the packaged silverware for catering because it saves us from rolling them. Having salt and pepper is a bonus. I do wish the silverware was a little more heavy duty. Doesn't always do great for BBQ catering.

We serve approximately 50 meals a day. These would be perfect if they would add spoons and a sipping straw. I purchase those separately and still save about .06 per place setting. Good value. Add what’s missing you’ll get 5 stars.

Thus worked well for a wedding rehearsal dinner. It was nice they had salt and pepper included with each packet. Would definitely buy again.

We order this product frequently. Overall it's a good product more durable than any other cutlery we've tried for big events or dinners. Recently we ordered 5 cases and each case had about 45 cutlery missing the fork in the package. Very frustrating when serving big groups of people expecting everything to be in the packet. Don't know what's happened but please fix this problem.

Poorly parked item, I need wrapped SPOONS so I expected a set to HAVE SPOONS, but this doesn't have spoons and has a thin napkin The plastic breaks easy and it melts when fork used to pick hot dogs from a pan

Very disappointed! Good product but out of the 200 packets, 10 didn't have a fork and 6 didn't have a knife! That is almost 10% not complete! Not good! Thank goodness I didn't need all 200 this time or I would have had to go buy extra utensils. My next banquet is in September but I will probably buy elsewhere. Can't afford to be short on utensils when they are needed.
