This mayonnaise is perfect for use in things like potato salad, pasta salad, etc. It’s extra heavy formula works great as a dressing on breads like ciabatta or French. It is very smooth, and does not have many air bubbles. It has a good creamy flavor.

Mayonnaise is a sauce (think Bearnaise or Hollandaise). Like Velveeta, it's a cold sauce and is more often used in quantity as an ingredient than alone. I'm not trying to diss Hellman's or Blue Plate or anyone else - they are good. This is better. It's thicker. The only thing not to like about it, is it comes in gallons, so you need fridge space. I would love to buy this in smaller quantities, but I'd rather use the fridge space for a mondo jar than keep a smaller jar of something else.

I have been buying this Mayonnaise since Dams first carried it. It has that creamy thick consistency and real mayonnaise flavor. Summertime we have lots of chicken salad and go through a lot of it. It camp I don’t have room for the large container so I put it in ziplock bags in the crisper drawer and just cut the bag corner when I’m ready to refill my smaller container.

I was not happy. I found the box on my porch split open and the product ready to fall out. This is a food product. It was packed very carelessly. The product was all jumbled inside. One container was on it's side, one was upside down... not impressed.

We usually go through another brand this size sold at Sam's in a month. My family loves mayo. This brand is going on month 2 and it's still half full. I doubt we'll finish it, before I trash it. My husband said it tastes similar to kraft. I definitely noticed a sweet flavor similar to a sandwich spread. Not our favorite by far.

Taste very good - better than top brands Mayonnaise and blends well with many type of foods. This container fills 4-5 standard jars of mayonnaise. you save over 50% of the brand Mayonnaise. I dilute it with 10% water (does not effect the taste) to make it silky smooth and easy to pour over salads.
