I am a professional, but I cook extensively, because I enjoy cooking - it's creative ! I was hesitant to order this mayonnaise, inasmuch as a number of reviews indicated the product was too sweet, as a result of the relative prominence of "corn syrup" in its ingredient list (I think it's the fourth listed ingredient, which, if accurate, is high - anything below five is, in my book). Nonetheless, given the Sam's Club Satisfaction Guaranty, I ordered the product, notwithstanding its recent $ 1.80 price increase. Given its weight, shipping, at $ 4.00, was extremely fair and, notwithstanding the price increase, resulted in an overall very fair price for the product. The mayonnaise is EXCELLENT QUALITY AND, SIGNIFICANTLY, IS NOT - AGAIN, NOT - "TOO SWEET", NOR, IN FACT, IS IT A PRODUCT I WOULD TERM "SWEET", AT ALL ! The reviewers who state otherwise are CONFUSING the taste of the vinegar in the product, its third listed ingredient, I believe, and, thus, if accurate, more prominent than the corn syrup therein - vinegar being, inherently, sour - not sweet - with sweetness. Based on experience, this is a common confusion ! Bottom Line - Excellent. high quality product, VERY THICK - which I, VERY MUCH, like and with respect to which, I believe, there is no equal ! Enjoy !!!

I've read some pretty stellar reviews about his product. Obviously some people know things I don't know, because to me, this mayonnaise is simple nasty. Compared to other mayo, this stuff tastes terrible. My recommendation is to spent an extra couple of dollars and get the good stuff. It's still cheap by the gallon with the better quality. To drive my point ever further... below is a drop down box for listing how often I used this product. Well, the answer now is NEVER.

Goes bad if not used right away

Extra Thick Mayo perfect for restaurant use.

Had a fundraiser for our church

I use it for making a bunch of cole slaw and its good!

This ws excellent for a big crowd.

this mayonnaise is not as thick as it once was; not enough eggs and too much oil
