I typically buy a store brand mayo and have always liked the taste of it. I tried this today with a lot of hesitation because I am a mayo "snob" and particular on the taste. This was excellent for me and will work well in many recipes. The Daily Chef brand is a no brainer for a gallon of tasty mayo at such an economical price. Win-win.

I use this a lot in the summer for various salads and dressings. During the winter months I use it for baking and various other things. Please be mindful that this is "extra heavy" mayo and a dab will do ya! It's also a secret ingredient in my world-famous mashed potatoes (whipped, really).

If you are used to store mayo then this will take a bit of a adjustment. Its much thicker and slightly greasier/oilier in texter. It's perfect for potato salads, tuna salad, and very thick bread sandwiches (like ciabatta). It might be too thick for things like making a spinach or ranch dip though.

I was hoping I would like this because it's cheaper, but I didn't like the taste. It's sort if bland and weird tasting imo. I only really like Hellmans or Best Foods, so if those are your go to, then you probably won't like it. It is a good deal, and not horrible, but won't be replacing my regular Mayo.
