We have been buying this for the last few years. Something changed.... Thought our dishwasher was not working but tried Cascade pucks just to make sure. The Cascade pucks were great. These Members Mark pucs used to work great. Don't waste your money.

OK Lets try this again. second times the charm? On my dishwasher setup, my machines are fed with a booster heater set to 160F(with a digital controller that kicks on at 159F and kicks off at 161F) from a main water heater set to 150F. My dishwasher is about a year old. Hot water, age of cleaning hardware, and disrepair are not problems that exist here. This is about as ideal of a setup as you are going to get when testing automatic dishwasher detergent. I've now tried several different dishwasher detergents (at several dosage strengths) including: - Cascade Complete powder (Greasy dishes no matter how much I used in a given wash - total waste of time) - Finnish powerball tabs (COMPLETE WASTE. I was to the point of putting 4 tabs in each wash. May as well have added none with all the dirt and grease left on my dishes) - Cascade boil-out(hard to find, NOT CHEAP AT ALL, but highly praised by many folks. I tried it - it was no better than cascade complete) - Cascade Platinum pods (No better than the members mark tabs while costing 2.1x as much) - Member's Mark Ultimate Clean Automatic Dishwasher Pacs (This stuff cleans GREAT. even with one tab, though thanks to my experience with the other detergents I've tried, I often run two for extra insurance. Who has time to run their dishes twice in the event of an incomplete clean? Not me.) HOWEVER, Buyer beware, they recently changed the packaging to a design where the lid is flimsy and not even airtight. This means if you live in a humid climate you will have to transfer the the product to an airtight container so it doesn't get wrecked before you have a chance to use it. Also this new design is EVEN LESS tolerant of Sam's TERRIBLE shipping practices. When it arrives, it will be all over the bottom of the box(if you're lucky) and possibly all over the bottom of the carrier's delivery truck and facility sorting floor as well. Sam's, You guys seriously need to pack your stuff better. Also weakening your product packaging is a very bad idea as my experience has shown. Minus 2 stars for poor packaging, resulting in damaged product to my door. Minus another 2 stars for deleting my previous review of this product. Is the cost savings really worth the bad press?

I have been using these Dishwasher Pacs for the last couple of years. My youngest son, who was 10 at the time, had pointed out to me that he could tell if I ran out of these and used Cascade or another brand instead because the dishes didn't always come out clean. We usually run 2 full loads every day, and this is the only dishwasher detergent I will use anymore! I highly recommend these!

AWESOME PRODUCT!! We tried these one time and loved them. They also make the dishes SMELL CLEAN and they leave no residue, white clumps, etc. THESE WORK THE BEST BY FAR !!! I have an In-home day care and I run my dw at least 2x per day. I have been VERY impressed at how CLEAN my glass plates have been and how great my Rubbermaid plasticware looks too!! We even tried going back to another Name Brand product, (it was on sale). We CAME BACK TO GET THESE!!! Thank you for making such a GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Do not buy these. Buy Cascade. We bought the 105 package and dishes are not clean, plastic from the pac is stuck in the dishwasher. We bought Cascade and they work perfect, clean dishes and no stuck plastic in the dishwasher. I tried to give a rating of 0 stars but I had to choose 1 as the minimum.

I thought I was buying a liquid / jel pack. This is not the case. They are a packet of dry dishwashing detergent enclosed in plastic. The first problem is the packets wouldn't fit in the soap cup, So I had to flatten the packets so they would fit. Now they've gotten brittle, so they can't be flattened, they just break apart into the granules. I've got to cut of the plastic film and pour the soap into the container. So unless you're doing multiple 3-5 loads a week, I'd choose another product. The soap did do an adequate job of cleaning the dishes however.

I decided to try the pack soap, I had been using Cascade liquid and Finish rinse. With Cascade i would run a rinse cycle then a normal wash. It still didn't clean! It left the glasses foggy looking, and filling the glass, you could see soap bubles. Flatware was left with a film, so it was like doing dishes by hand. These pacs are GREAT! First wash and it cleaned the white streak of previous washings w/Cascade. This is with the first use. I am impressed!

I agree, this product cleans very well. But..... I have used a similar product from Costco (Kirkland) with excellent results, I also have used the Members Mark product a year ago...and it was fine. This new Members Mark product does not full desolve and frequently does not fully empty from the dispenser. The remainder is then "baked" into the dispenser with the drying cycle and has to be scrapped out.

i started using this product to save money - i was using cascade titanium which is extremely good (i rate at a 9.5 star rating but 25 cents a pac). this product i give a 9 to a 9.5 star rating but only costs 9 cents a pac. see the before and after pictures of my small batch of cabbage rolls (left setting on the counter for 12 hours before loading in the morning) - no presoak - no scrubbing or scraping first - just loaded straight into dishwasher as is. this is an amazing product at an incredible price. we love it and it saves us money as well as cleans very very well. 9.5 stars out of 10 - 5 stars out of 5. when you figure in the cost (almost 3 times cheaper) you are silly for not using this very fine product. sams, please do not discontinue this product ever. billy13778

Good product for the price. I wish it had a rinsing agent in it.
