Have been using this for a couple years and I'm very pleased with the clean dishes it provides. Consumer Reports are the ones who rated it as excellent. I started using it because of their report.

We've been using Sam's DW detergent pacs for over two years ever since we saw that it was top-rated by a leading consumer publication. It costs less than half as much as the name brands and has performed just as well for us, and we have tried many different powders, liquids, pods and capsules over the years. We have seen no scum build-up or discoloration on the stainless interior as we had experienced with other products. One caveat: Do not leave them uncovered, say in a dish under the sink. The pacs will harden and be difficult to stuff into your dishwashers little soap compartment. We put 20 or so pacs in an air-tight container and use them as needed with no difficulty.

I've ordered this a couple times now and it works wonderful! I am very pleased with its cleaning powers. I first ordered these when I got my new dishwasher. I researched what dishwasher soap to use, and lo and behold - Consumer Reports rated Member's Mark #1 dishwasher soap to use! Can't beat that!

We have 6 people in our house, and we used to have to buy Dishwasher Pacs all the time. Then I learned Sam's Club had these! Less trips to the store for me, clean great, and at a great price too. I have recommended these to other family members, and they like them too

These dishwasher pacs are just as good if not better than the name brand ones. The plastic around the powder is not as tough as the ones on the name brand and I have noticed that my dishwasher does not have to be cleaned as much. The dishes are sparkling clean and the glasses do not get etched.

Works great. Dishes come out clean.

Works as well, if not better than Cascade, costs a whole lot less.

Satisfied with the clean solution these pods provide. They do not leave a residue in my Kitchen Aid dishwasher or on our clean dishes. May need to add a dish washing rinse to your washer if you want your dishes to have a sheen as this detergent does not provide that.

I mean... it works... mostly... sometimes leaves a film on the dishes, but they are mostly ok... just middle of the road for me

You definitely get what you pay for. It leaves food on the dishes and residue all over everything I have to go back and handwash most of the dishes. It's worth the extra money to get the better product.
