I buy a lot of products at Sam's Club. I am usually very happy. These dishwasher packs though are a complete flop. I have a brand new high end Kenmore Elite diswasher and every other brand I have used works fine. I gave these packs 3 chances. All 3 times, the packs did not disolve. They just stayed inside the dispenser. On one of my tries I found the plastic on the bottom. They were wet and that's about it. My dishes were only "clean" because they got hit by hot water. Do NOT buy these. I'm going back to Cascade.
