I used to like this water but it has gotten to the point that they have made the bottles so thin that sometimes the bottle is not strong enough to not collapse when you try to open it and it sprays water all over when you open it. Sometimes it is not even strong enough to not collapse when you pick it up. Then when you try to review it with a poor rating they hide the field you are entering information to. then you hen you leave a bad review they don’t let you see what you are typing as you enter the information if you only gave a one star rating

We got 2 cases today and pulled 10 bottles from each case finding one after another a horrible smell and a taste to go with it. Google it to see if a recall was made and found multiple others complaining of the same issue in last 2 weeks. Smells like wet dog and tastes the same. Annoying as we don't live too close and only go every few weeks or so. To make matters worse my wife is feeling sick a few hours later and I'm not feeling great either. A shame as we've purchased these cases for 10 months but don't think we will risk it again. Better quality control with Poland Spring.

Water

Usually I don't like the taste of this water, but I drink it because it is cheaper than others, my husband and mother-in-law do like it, but recently for more than a month, the bottles are not clear, I don't complain if thre plastic is thinner, but why is the plastic gray now? It is not a neutral transparent, it is gray, I don't know if it affects the taste, before I could tolerate drinking this water, now it tastes even worse than before. Prices are increasing while the quality of products and containers are decreasing.

The water is so good
