This is by far the best tasting water I do believe out of all the waters, and I've been buying this water by the case's for years, and I do mean years now! I literally can't stand the taste of tap water, and barely stand to brush my teeth with tap water! But like I said, I've been buying this water for years because our water comes out of Hartwell Lake and gets treated, "Supposedly!" But about 6 years ago something happened ( we had weeks, and weeks of rain that caused the Algea), and there was way to much in the water, but it didn't get treated like it should have and therefore our water looked like muddy water and smelled worse. So, no one was drinking the water or using it in any kinda of way. But our water company said it was "Safe To Drink!" Like we were going to let our families drink or bath in that crap! Anyway, I've been buying to drink and use this water for years, and I love this water. I had no idea that I could have it delivered to my house and brought inside! I am a 66 yr old female who has a really bad back and neck and I have a heel spur that I've had for at least 7 months, and I have to tote up to 8 or 10 cases of water into my house everytime I buy the cases of water which is about every 2 to 3 weeks. If I could get someone to deliver it and bring it into my house, I would be the happiest camper ever!

i have been buying this brand for a few years. I like the taste and that there is a good quantity. However about a year ago the lids wouln't stay on after you opened the bottle. Taking a drink and then putting the lid back on, the lid wouldn't stay on too loose and if the bottle fell over it all spilled out. NOW for the past few months that I have been buying these the lid is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to get off. I have to put a piece of cloth on the lid to twist it off using all my strength, otherwise my skin will rip when I try to take the lid off. My kids are always asking my to take the lids off because they can no longer open the bottles. It looks like it went from one extreme to the other. I'll have to change brands because I can't continue to do this. Please fix the problem. A few years ago when I first started buying these there was no problems

Come on Sam's! Let's bring back the shipping option for water. Paywall it behind the plus membership if you feel you have to, but having water shipped was one of the biggest membership perks. We all know how bad fedex is, but that shouldn't prevent everyone from having the option.

Today I got the water case from Sam's. While I was drinking it has the some kind smells which taste so weird. I even told my husband to try it and he tasted the same. Not sure how to describe the smell But it was bad. We taught it could be one bottle but second bottle also has the same weird smell.

I'm sitting in Sunday School, on a padded cushion, hoping it will soak up all the water that just leaked out of my cheap Sam's water bottle. It doesn't happen all the time, just when it is most inconvenient. They have changed the caps, making them smaller and they are very prone to leaking or to just pop off, completely. I noticed when I felt the cold filling my back pocket. Also, I've embarrassed myself many times handling these noisy plastic bottles while in a roomful of people. I'm slowly switching to smaller bottles that are easier to manage. On the plus side, these are the cheapest water bottles you can get and the water tastes good.

I recently purchased this bottled water, and the quality was very disappointing. The water tastes terrible — even worse than tap water. I had to throw everything away, and it made both my stomach and my family really upset. I expected better quality control from Sam's Club and hope this issue is addressed soon.

So delivery guy drops off groceries, reaches out and takes 3 bottles of water and takes them and throws them in his car and leaves. Understand it's not what he took, I would have given him water, if he asked. But just taking something that does not belong to you is bad. Next time it might be something worth more. JS
