I'm sorry that I didn't do this sooner! I was out of town. I need to send back the Purina 1 canned dog food back! It didn't come wrapped like it is supposed to. Some of the cans have great big dents in them and it was missing 3 cans. I can't believe you sent them without the packaging and just in a box! Please send me a return slip.

I have purchased this water repeatedly and always enjoyed the taste of the water and you cannot beat the prices. The one thing I would like to see corrected though is the packaging. The new lids they have on the bottles do not open correctly and the entire lid comes off the bottles which make it hard to close. There have been a number of times I have had water spill out because of this issue in recent weeks. Wish they would go back to the prior closure.

Upon opening some of the bottles of water, there have been a few that absolutely smell like sewer water. I order this brand water every month and have never had an issue. Something is terribly wrong with this water, the smell is overwhelming. It's not every bottle, but I would recommend at least smelling the water before you take a drink. Not sure if anyone else has encountered this. Going to call customer service and report this issue and return the remaining cases that I have

This is by far the best tasting water I do believe out of all the waters, and I've been buying this water by the case's for years, and I do mean years now! I literally can't stand the taste of tap water, and barely stand to brush my teeth with tap water! But like I said, I've been buying this water for years because our water comes out of Hartwell Lake and gets treated, "Supposedly!" But about 6 years ago something happened ( we had weeks, and weeks of rain that caused the Algea), and there was way to much in the water, but it didn't get treated like it should have and therefore our water looked like muddy water and smelled worse. So, no one was drinking the water or using it in any kinda of way. But our water company said it was "Safe To Drink!" Like we were going to let our families drink or bath in that crap! Anyway, I've been buying to drink and use this water for years, and I love this water. I had no idea that I could have it delivered to my house and brought inside! I am a 66 yr old female who has a really bad back and neck and I have a heel spur that I've had for at least 7 months, and I have to tote up to 8 or 10 cases of water into my house everytime I buy the cases of water which is about every 2 to 3 weeks. If I could get someone to deliver it and bring it into my house, I would be the happiest camper ever!

The water tastes slightly salty. If you take a look at the ingredients, purified water, calcium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate, that literally translates to water, salt, and baking soda. The water is okay when it's cold, but warm is an entirely different story. The only great thing is how affordable it is.

So delivery guy drops off groceries, reaches out and takes 3 bottles of water and takes them and throws them in his car and leaves. Understand it’s not what he took, I would have given him water, if he asked. But just taking something that does not belong to you is bad. Next time it might be something worth more. JS

I have bought this brand of water for years but today after we paid for them i opened a bottle to drink some, i was really thirsty and there was a really bad smell! I opened two more bottles and they smelled really bad! I returned them and bought a different brand.

I recently purchased this bottled water, and the quality was very disappointing. The water tastes terrible — even worse than tap water. I had to throw everything away, and it made both my stomach and my family really upset. I expected better quality control from Sam’s Club and hope this issue is addressed soon.

It usually tastes fine, but something is wrong with a case (maybe both cases) I bought on June 29th, 2020. I would give 5 stars to the previous 100 cases I’ve bought. Anyone know how to get this water tested? Has there been a recall? I would love for Samsclub to contact me about this. Not sure how that works. The rest of my shopping experience was superb like always.

One case of 40 16.9 fl oz bottles of members mark purified water, item 561914,had an odd taste to it, somewhat like flowers or fruit. Stamped on package: Best by 14SEP2025 ALN3 2031. I ended up throwing them out. Don't care about the money, just wish they'd have better quality control with their provider.
