I drink this coffee every day and love it. However I have found the coffee maker you have very much effects the taste of any coffee. I use a Bunn and it is fantastic in this fast drip method of making coffee. FYI my coffee maker broke and during the time it took me to get a new one I used another type of coffee maker and it was not the same at all.... But I kind of expected that from a previous experience. I love this coffee.

Dissapointed in this coffee. If you like Folgers you will find this to be the equivalent except you will have to grind. The coffee freshly ground just lays there and does not swell and expand as it should when the hot water hits it. Makes me think I may have gotten a really old batch.

Normally I order coffee from another more coffee specific source, but I picked up a bag of this because I was still waiting for a shipment to come in. This coffee compared to coffee I normally pay twice the price for. I can’t complain, coffee snob that I normally am.

First time I purchased this coffee from Sam's Club I bought one 40 oz. bag of whole bean coffee. Coffee tasted fresh and full bodied. I enjoyed it and it's very good price. We use a lot of coffee so the second time I purchased I bought 3 40 oz. bags of whole bean and picked it up at the local Sam's Club store. I opened a bag marked as whole bean and it was ground, so was one more bag so make sure what's in the bag by feeling the whole beans inside.

I use filtered water and I grind my coffee very well. No big chunks in my grind. This is a smooth tasting coffee to me. If I really want a great taste I'll add a bit of cream to my cup. No sugar as I feel that hinders the taste of coffee. I like heavy cream (whipping cream) to really make a great taste.

Since Millstone stopped carrying Columbian beans I’ve been looking everywhere for a replacement. I settled on 8 o’clock and feared that would be the best I’d every find. Then I took a chance on Member’s Mark. It’s fabulous!! I could tell the difference when I opened the bag - the beans had the natural oil that I saw on the Millstone beans. Not dried out like the other brands I tried. And the taste was what I remembered and feared I’d never find again. And if you make it too strong - just add water. When made with the correct amounts of coffee and water this is the smoothest, most wonderful tasting Columbian coffee I’ve had in years. I bought 6 bags!! If this ever gets discontinued, I want to have plenty on hand. I go by what tastes best (and in this case absolutely awesome) but if you want to know the “science” behind it, read Older User’s review. He’s an expert and he gives this product a thumbs up. This product deserves 10 stars!!!!!

I loved the Kirkland Starbucks beans but had to switch to a Sam's Club membership after a recent move. Didn't think I'd find a suitable replacement of quality and value but this my friends, is IT! Such great flavor, never harsh or bitter. Makes an excellent cup. The undertone of chocolate isn't pronounced at all but definitely there. Oh, I love this coffee!! Please never stop carrying it, Sam!

I love Starbucks "House Blend" and have been searching for a reasonably priced substitute. I've found it here in the Member's Mark Colombian Supremo. I was disappointed at first but after experimenting with the amount of coffee to use I found the taste I was seeking. It takes more grounds than the Starbucks to get a similar taste. I use one level scoop for each cup. I have a 10-cup Mr. Coffee and I use 10 level scoops for a full pot, five scoops for 5 cups, etc. Also, don't use a fine grind as too much "coffee dust" passes through the filter, having a negative effect on taste. I use a medium grind setting. If you see a lot of residue on the inside of your cup when finished you need to set your grinder to a coarser setting.

Love this coffe more than words. I grinding whole beans a few times a week is much better than using the k cups although not a major difference from ground it tastes slightly better!!! Tried this at international day at my childs school (Columbia station) and have been hooked ever since. Even purchased a membership just to order this coffe from Sam's club.

Enjoyable coffee for the morning.. great flavor
