Good quality knives - why pay hundreds when yo can get these for a few $. Weighty, sharp, good grip, no rust. Black handles would look better

So glad to find another set of these easier to use than a food processer with a little practice. Purchased a set at Sam's Club about 15 years ago any use them almost daily sharpen well.

Very nice for the price point. Haven't tried sharpening them yet but new out of the box they work awesome and i am dicing my onions better already!

Love these knives, they are the best I've ever owned, perfect for slicing & dicing meat or whatever you're preparing. I'm getting a pair for my daughter and my daughter-in-law.

This Is my third set of Member's Mark santoku knives. Like their brethren they hold a sharp edge and are well-balanced. I sharpen them with a 15 degree sharpener, making them suitable for slicing, chopping, etc. When I reach for a knife, one of these santokus is the knife I usually (and cautiously) grab.

I love these knives and have owned them for a number of years. I do a lot of chopping and love the way they are balanced in my hand, which makes using them more efficient and less cumbersome as some longer bladed knives are. They stay sharp for some time, and when sharpened, they hold an edge well.

This is an amazing knife. It stays sharp and is a perfect size.

These knives are super sharp and easy to use. Immediately bought some more for my son!

For the price these are very good knives very sharp will use them at the fire station
