These knives are super sharp and easy to use. Immediately bought some more for my son!

These are ULTRA sharp. Be careful, I cut my finger pretty deep. But when you use them carefully they are excellent for dicing and chopping. I recommend!

I would buy these again. They are not the sharpest knives I've ever purchased, but given the price they are pretty good. They have some weight to them which is nice.

These are super sharp great for chopping/slicing fruits and vegetables. Doesn't work so great on something like raw bacon, but other than that I love them & definitely recommend buying at this price point for two of them!

Great product! 1st set at home is so good after a year of use I just ordered 2nd set for winter condo. Handles are totally non-slip, truly ergonomic, blades stay extremely sharp and don’t rust in dishwasher.

The santoku is a type of Japanese knife, and Japanese cooking often involves cutting lots of thick root vegetables. This knife is way too thick to be a proper santoku and while it is sharp, it is very difficult to cut carrots, daikon radish, sweet potatoes, and other thick root vegetables without the vegetables splitting. A lot of food also ends up sticking to the knife despite the granton edge, probably because the thickness ends up causing pressure onto whatever you are cutting to. Some people might like this but I was not satisfied.
