This stuff is AMAZING! I got it for salads and ended up eating it on it's own. I just left the bag on the counter so it would be easier to get to. Bought a second bag to eat with salads and Greek yogurt; hopefully, it'll last longer than the first bag.

The Fresh Gourmet Cranberry and Pecan topping was a delightful experience. Both the honey roasted pecans and the dried (and surprisingly sweet) cranberries were fresh and worked wonderfully together. I just ate them right out of the bag, but it's not hard to imagine this as a topping for salads, ice cream, oatmeal or most anything else. I tried the cranberry and pecan topping from Fresh Gourmet. It has mostly cranberries and smaller pieces of pecans. The pecans are heavily processed so that they are almost like a rice crispy texture. It tasted similar having an airiness to it. I added it to a salad and again, the cranberries flavor was the only thing that really carried through. I may possibly take the nuts and separate them out. I will use it in overnight oats and also slow-cooked oats. It is a fantastic value for the price with all those cranberries. I love dried cranberries and pecans. I always add them to my salads and cold cereal. When I saw both of my favorites combined in the Fresh Gourmet Cranberries and Pecans topping, I was excited to try it. These were very tasty. The sweetness of the honey pecans balances out the tartness of the dried cranberries. Also, the pecans are chopped into perfect sizes; since I’m not a big fan of large pieces of nuts when using them for anything other than snacking out of the bag. I've been purchasing this mix for quite a while from Sam's Club. I like to eat it, along with roasted pumpkin seeds, with my banana for breakfast. Also great in salads with blue cheese or a balsamic dressing. Just hope the fact that it's not available right now doesn't mean Sam's is going to discontinue carrying it.
