Hard to find in grocery stores right now. And the house blend decaf is even harder to find. Might have to find a different brand if the stores can't keep Peet's house blend and house blend decaf in stock. Tried the other Peet's roasts and just threw them away. Not good.

We have used, almost elusively, Peets House Blend for over 10 years. We have, during this time, used other Peets blends but with a return to House Blend. Recently, the flavor has become more bitter and less of what we have come to expect. As a result, we are looking at other coffee roasters to see if it's us or the coffee.

Boldness, excellent full-bodied flavor, but with one mysterious flaw: Within the roasted beans was a substantial accumulation of ground coffee. While it does not seem to diminish the coffee's flavor, I am concerned about the quality control problem that caused the ground coffee to be introduced into the beans. See photo.

I’ve tried and enjoyed other dark roasts from Peet’s. I usually use them for espresso. I got House Blend for pour overs, and I’ve found my favorite beans! Rich and sweet, great body, this actually tops the other, more expensive blends. It really is great for a pour over, but it is so rich, it’s my new favorite for espresso too. A very balanced, full-bodied, smooth cup, however you brew it.

I bought some from the store when I ran out of Major Dickason's over the holidays and it was all I could get. Very pleasing, mellow, dark roast flavor I would say is closer to a medium roast. The House Blend is a very worthy alternative to the Major if you want to change things up a bit.

We really do enjoy this coffee. It has full, rich, bold taste. My husband drinks it black; I prefer it with 2% milk (or cream) —but we both LOVE it. We KNOW we are drinking coffee and not some swill, weak blend! Think most will also appreciate its flavor.

Peet's House Blend is very rich and flavorful. The first thing I noticed was the aroma! It smelled so wonderful when I opened the bag. It tastes and smells so fresh! Mmmmm! The taste is fairly bold, and it's a dark roast, so it's strong, but it's not bitter. I've already signed up to receive a bag on a regular basis. Thank you "Peet's Coffee Company". I hope you put that gigantic-but-mediocre coffee company out of business!

Like the flavor of the House Blend. House blend never disappoints me. Full flavor but not bitter or harsh. Daughter got me switched over to Peets about 6 years ago and have never looked back. Subscription is the only way to go as you always get fresh roasted coffee beans.

This coffee was some of the better coffee that I have had from Peet's. The House Blend is a nice mix of different coffee beans to create a well-balanced flavor. It is a bit on the bitter side but for someone who likes a bit more bitter it is one of the best coffees from Peet's.

When I moved from the Bay Area to San Diego, one thing I really missed was fresh roasted Peet's House Blend. But then I found I could order it for delivery (good thing for lockdown times)! It's been my favorite for years and will be for years to come!
