Usually buy the Sam's Club brand of French Roast coffee grounds; surprisingly, it wasn't in-stock at my local Sam's Club at the time I visited the club to shop for coffee grounds! So, I decided to try Peet's dark roast house blend. Pretty good stuff!

I've been drinking Peet's House Blend since I lived in Berkeley in the early 1980s and walked down to Peet's ONE location to stand in line to buy beans. For decades my house blend coffee in the mornings as reminded me of my 20s and has been the constant on my table. Grateful that I can still sip my coffee in the morning and remember catching glimpses of Mr. Peet in the store. I know you have ALL KINDS of other products and a empire now, but I close my eyes and remember the corner in Berkeley where I was deciding who to be as an adult.

My husband loves it! I bought this one specifically for him. He drinks his coffee black and he likes a stronger coffee. It’s not overpowering but he said it’s very good.

Peet's house blend is delicious, and being able to get it in 2 lb bags at a great price makes it even better.

Excellent dark roast with smoothness and depth, but not that “burnt” taste that some other brands have.

Peets house blend is by far the best coffee I have ever had in my 45 years of drinking coffee. It's strong and smokey with out being acrid.

1 coffee bag had lost it seal and coffee loses flavor . second large bag was fine though, love this coffee flavor so will purchase again. Walmart should be sure bags aren't inflated?? I opened bag and put coffee in a sealed container so no photo provided. Do not want reimbursement or adjustment, just want Walmart to stay successful.

This is my favorite coffee brand, and so I was very happy to see that Sam's carries it at a much better price than my local supermarket. I was somewhat disappointed, though, that the bag I received had already passed more than half of the 3-month shelf life. Roasted: 7/15/20 Freshest by: 10/15/20 Received: 9/9/20 One of the big sells of Peet's Coffee is its freshness, so this is disappointing With only 5 weeks left, I may not finish the whole bag before it expires. I'm sure that the coffee will still taste good even after the expiration date, but I wished they sent me a fresher bag.

The coffee was stale. When I received the coffee the "freshest by date" was more than a month expired.
