[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I received from 3M, a free, 50 meter roll of Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping packaging tape, which I agreed to review. The user-friendly dispenser, which the tape came with, dispersed and cut the tape easily, for my needs. And, the dispenser can be reused when the original roll runs out. I discovered an alternate use for this Heavy Duty Shipping tape, by tightly wrapping multiple tarps that I own, expediting their handling and storage. The Scotch Heavy Duty tape confines the tarps into a smaller neater, space, which is advantageous for orderliness, transport and storing. It makes my world a bit better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It wraps and seals well. If that were my only criterion, I'd give it five stars. However, it is virtually impossible to re-thread the tape. I just gave up: I rip off what I need and apply it manually. If only instructions were available (sigh!). That being the case, it's completely useless to me.

I was very impressed on how strong it was and even more so how super strong the holding power was of this tape. The dispenser is very handy and works great when applying the tape and when cutting the tape. I would definitely recommend it for any project or package where you need superior holding power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tape to seal large boxes, and it works superbly. It is clear, so I can also use it to seal in mailing labels. This product is very useful and strong. When I want to build up sides on a cardboard box, I put it around the corners and i know it won't fall off..... it really sticks!!! I have never had a rip in it either, unlike some other kinds of tape.

I use it for boxes going to storage, boxes used in moving for packages being mailed. The dispenser makes using it easy. and you never have to worry about finding the end and "picking at it" to start a new piece!! love it love it love it.

I have been out of the packaging profession now for 3 years and the tape I still continue to use and trust is the 3M Scotch Premium tape. This is the tape we use at work and at home for all our shipping needs.

Then also to get the address labels to stick on the boxes. It is the most wonderful item I have found to help me with this chore. I love all your products and could not live without them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tape! If I use it for something to go into the garage for storage, it is still working the following year. If I send it on a package to GA and it gets rained on, it is still holding strong. It gives me a strong sense of security.
