Sticks fast and I have never had a problem with postage labels ever coming off of my packages on route to its destination. Very dependable. I have tried others and this Scotch brand is the BEST. I won't switch to any other.

I use it for boxes going to storage, boxes used in moving for packages being mailed. The dispenser makes using it easy. and you never have to worry about finding the end and "picking at it" to start a new piece!! love it love it love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Scotch heavy duty shipping tape. In my opinion it is the best tape I have every used. I was packing up some items to store and had picked up broken down boxes. The items I had to put in were heavy so I had to use the tape to actually make the box and then seal them. It was the best tape ever. It adhered to the box and did not peal back or seem week at all. I went out and bought the exact same one that I received as a sample to review since it was so good. I recommend it for those who need to not only ship but to box up items that may sit in your garage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product that was sent to me by 3m, and while I did not use if for packing.. i used it on mother's day for my balloon garland * i normally use crazy glue to add smaller balloons* . I just folded the slice of tape in half and it worked! My balloons remained attached to the other balloons... then I used it to actually hang the balloon garland * i use fishing line* and again they stayed up! AMAZING!!! Note I live in Miami and it was humid. This tape is clear, stays on and works! I can only imaging how good it will do with an actual box!!!

I sell crafts I make on online sales websites, so I ship alot of packages. I use Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape because it gets the job done. This packaging tape is strong and the perfect amount of sticky. I've never had a problem using it yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is more than a packing tape! Although 3M gave me a free roll of Scotch Heavy Duty Packing Tape to evaluate this is the only brand I have bought or trusted for years. First, for the purpose intended this tape puts on a great seal on the box or what ever you are sealing the first time. No using extra tape to go over what you already taped, it just stays down. I have also found many other uses. It is great at picking up imbedded dog hair on upholstery, stuff the lint brush doesn't touch, i have found this to be the best product to remove hair from my sofa. I have also repaired the slat that runs across the inside door of my refrigerator that hold condiments when the clips broke off with this “packing tape”. My tape job has held up even in refrigerated conditions for at least 6 months. Duct tape couldn't hold it. Better yet, tjis tape is clear so nearly invisible to the naked eye! My only complaint is that the name “packing” tape is not inclusive for the many uses i have found. I will always have this product on hand. So practical for other uses besides packing!

1. We sealed the bottom of the boxes and then packed. The boxes remained in the AC but when we went to move the boxes they had to be re-taped. Had to use twice as much tape. Was it designed so that consumers had to buy more? 2. The tape kept getting stuck to the roll instead of staying up in the prongs. You then had to spend 5 minutes trying to get a clean thread once you got all of the little Strands to peel in synch. We have moved a lot! I always use this tape , but looking for new brands!!!
