The dispenser was light enough to be stable and sturdy enough to get the job done. The tape sticks on the first use and does not crease. This product is recommended to everyone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it on a medium sized box with about a 5lb load. I like the convenient dispenser, glides on easily. The tape is wide enough and holds well. The box was sent from Maryland to Florida via USPS and was received in good condition. Happy with the quality.

I bought the package tape with the red roller, I spent half an hour trying to get it unstuck from itself for first time use. I managed to do that, then it stuck to itself again. I ended up throwing it away out of frustration. Why can't you make a tape and roller that is user friendly.

The tape came off the roll so easily that it was hard to get it on the box tight. This used to be good tape but like almost everything else it is now so cheaply made that it is no good for what it’s supposed to be used for. I’ll never purchase another roll. Matter of fact I’m tossing the rest of this one in the trash and going to go buy some gorilla tape. Now that stuff is still made well.

I use it for boxes going to storage, boxes used in moving for packages being mailed. The dispenser makes using it easy. and you never have to worry about finding the end and "picking at it" to start a new piece!! love it love it love it.

I was a little skeptical at it's compact size compared to regular tape "guns", but it was actually more powerful to use because of it's size. I used this to tape up some small boxes for shipping and once you get the tape feeding setup, it is just so easy to use. The tape flows quite easily through the dispenser.

It was always a struggle to keep the boxes of books or heavy sporting goods in good shape for storage when the bottom of most boxes fell apart when picking them up. But this dispenser and Heavy Duty tape keeps all my boxes sturdy for packing away and carting to storage in the garage. Always handy to have around for the tough jobs.

We use the heavy duty tape to secure the boxes shape, It holds the sides together even with the stress of lateral bending and moisture. Great product.

My husband sends many packages & has a tendency to overdue it with packing tape. It's always been a joke in the house how much he uses.
