I especially like to use it to repair the corners of board game boxes that have ripped. It's clear which is great, plus heavy enough that it provides an excellent seal. Its the toughness of the adhesive that make me feel confident this tape does it's job.When you are waiting for a piece of home ,you wan to make sure it arrives.I would not use anything else,today I'm running out to buy more for another pkg for my son for the holidays.So,take my advice from a single parent military mom who counts her pennies.It is worth it,it is never a lot to buy and i use it for those precious packages.

I have tried different packing tape sometimes but always go back to a Scotch brand. The dispenser is wonderful, I don't have to ruin my finger nails trying to get scratch off the end piece that always sticks So, I go to the store and get my Scotch brand tape. I also have relatives and friends who live far away, so when I send their birthday or Christmas gifts I really depend on the scotch packaging tape. It dispensed very easily and smoothly. This tape is strong enough to tape cartons of books with just one strip! The adhesive on the tape really holds. The other thing I like about this tape is that it is clear so it can easily be used over labels without fear of covering important shipping information. The amount and length could be a little longer but it's enough. The tear teeth are sharp and make it easy to get any size piece you need.

I needed some packing tape and saw this in that coupon book thing. This stuf is WAY better than whatever green tape I bought a couple years ago. I moved my old text books from college to donate and after over 100 books and what seemed like a ton, none of this tape broke down. I couldn belive it.
