This is so much better than the off brand tape. Scotch is a valuable brand to rely on. There are just certain things you feel OK paying up for.

We use this to label perishable food bins that will be reused. The Scotch tape is a little heavier and holds up well enough that it can be peeled off the containers even after they have gone through the dish washing machine. Other thinner brands have to be scraped off while the Scotch can still be peeled.

Great masking tape from Scotch 3M. Sticks where you need to hold items together. Only problem is for Sam's to keep the tape in stock.
