I have been a satisfied consumer for many years, however, the new packaging makes it too difficult to tell the difference between the regular and decaf pods. Also, both types of pods seem to be weaker than before. I have to use more pods than I have in the past. I can't seem to make a decent espresso at home with my brand new verisimo espresso machine that I purchased thinking my old one may have been the problem. I don't know what you have done to the pods, but I liked it before. Have you put less product in each pod?

We are a household that loves a rich, dark roast to wake us up each morning, and this makes a serious cup to help get you going. It has hints of molasses and caramelized sugar, and I found that I only needed one packet of Stevia with a splash of cream to create my daily fuel. I normally make a sweeter drink, but I found with the sweet notes I didn't need to add much. I already love the Starbucks brand, and this ground coffee variety will definitely be a staple for our mornings. #ad #freesample

The product is great; however, the service was very bad. My order was on hold for over a week despite my credit card being charged. I had to speak to customer service three times to get this resolved. The first two times I was assured that it would be taken care of. I order at least 96 pods once per month and can't believe the service I received. Very disappointed!

Love the product. Only wish my reward account would be credited for the purchase. And it said shipping was free with Visa, but it meant Visa checkout. Had I known, I would have spent slightly more for free shipping. Great product, just shopping issues.

And all seriousness, tried the rest... For the most part. This coffee and a easy, convenient pawn is just amazing tasting. I put one Verisimo milk pod, and two coffee pods in 12 bounced ceramic mug. Along with some caramel sauce. Stir and Yum Yum Yum!

I order coffee for my office of about 100 ppl, they complained so much about how bitter another coffee is so I decided to go out to a Starbuck's store and purchased your Espresso Roast, among others and they liked it so much I ordered more online. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Espresso Roast Ground at home coffee in my reusable Keurig pod. The Aroma was wonderful, the look was dark the flavor was robust. It was in all a great cup of coffee made at home. Would Recommend for anyone who likes a darker more bitter coffee. BEST #freesample EVER

I love SB espresso blend! It's strong but NOT bitter. I love strong but it is hard to find a strong coffee that isn't bitter. I use to buy the beans for my coffee maker but now have the Verisimo so I buy the pods. I make the coffee size and add 2%milk (not a big fan of the milk pods). I actually think it's as good as the stores' latte!
