I'm not a big coffee drinker but I wanted to try this coffee. The first time I brewed it, it didn't smell like anything special. I tried drinking it black to see, and it tasted like cleaning chemicals mixed with a brown water color. I added sugar and French vanilla creamer to it, and it brings out the "maple" that it talks about, but it's not the greatest coffee.

I bought this blend considering it was Holiday season and I wanted to try a distinctive flavor to go along with all the seasonal food. This one has a very unique aroma reminiscent of butter and freshly baked bread, this is most noticeable when the beans are being ground. On the cup, it has a very mellow and sweet flavor, medium body and an aftertaste that´s not too bitter or dry. I'd recommend this as a breakfast coffee or to go along with desserts, specially chocolate but also with anything buttery like a cinnamon roll or cookies. It definitely met my expectations as being a seasonal coffee without the boldness/spiciness of the regular Christmas blend.

I hate writing this review but I have tried brewing this coffee several different ways - drip, press, Chemex - I just feel it is very weak tasting. I can hardly describe the flavor other than to say it is very, very mild. It is just not for me. I want a richer, bolder taste or richer, taste with notes of something. I don't notice any notes of anything. So sorry, to each his/her own and this is just not for me. I am going to try to exchange it for something else.

I was given Starbucks Holiday Blend Keurig pods as a gift. I was looking forward to drinking my daily "one" cup of caffeinated coffee and what a disappointment. It is strong, too strong as a matter of fact and has a bitterness to it that I am not familiar with. I typically get my grande cup of Americano at the shop. I will continue to do that if this is what the pods taste like.

I prefer this blend over the Christmas blend which has always been my favorite! Many people have no idea that it is different - even your store employees thought these were the same just different names. Many stores did not supply the Holiday blend. Love it!

Just love the flavor I purchased 8 boxes that's how much I love the flavor. I love brewed coffee and experiment with making iced coffee in different favors. I freeze coffee in ice cubes and blend them with cocoa or vanilla and Carmel for my own frappe's, with whipped topping.. In other wards I have Starbuck's at my house everyday.

It was my mistake. I thought I was purchasing the "Christmas Blend" coffee pods for the Verisimo. But what I really purchased was the "Holiday Blend". This particular blend isn't nearly has flavorful as the Christmas Blend, which is very flavorful and full-bodied. The "Holiday Blend" lacks substance and deliverers a somewhat dull taste overall. I have chosen not to return it because it's just too much trouble. I will drink it, adding a "Christmas Blend" espresso pod to the coffee. It helps, but it still doesn't give me a fantastic cup of coffee.

This year's rendering is horrible. Starbuck's should have taken a pass on issuing the holiday blend. They have totally changed the formulation of the brew and ruined it. I cannot detect any of the familiar tastes which were obvious in the previous year's releases. It is quite a shame, as I looked forward to tasting this excellent holiday beverage.

Starbucks Holiday Blend K-Cup Coffee tastes great every day. It has its own special flavor that makes you want to drink it all day long.My grandchildren gave me a gift of this coffee for my Christmas present & i was delighted. The only thing about it that is not so great the neighbor hood stores are all out of it. I think if you try it you will love it!!

One of the most delicious coffees I've tried from the Starbucks Holiday line; this smooth, medium roast blend excites your taste buds with upfront notes of sweet/spicy maple and a light herbal note ends it. Wonderful with desserts; but I think it's a great coffee for your morning wake-up, Purchased 3 more pounds of whole bean Holiday Blend after being thrilled with the 1/2 pound bag -- strongly recommend grind as you go to keep coffee at its freshest.
