As a neophyte to the pleasures of whole bean, I've been shopping around and gave Holiday Blend a try. It tasted "meh" to me, somehow I expected a more distinctive and memorable flavor. Maybe it's me, existentially caught between committing to a preference for medium and dark roast. This was medium in more ways than one.

If you like a good strong cup this one is it. I look forward to the holiday blend each year. I try to buy enough of both the ground & pod type to last well into the year. Used to be a Pike Place fan, but the taste has changed and is flat compared to this blend.

While looking for Christmas blend because of the full bodied taste.I was told by the representative that took my order, that "Holiday Blend" was almost the same thing!! so I ordered 4 boxes!!! We.... Holiday Blend is not the same thing and isn't even close to Christmas Blend!! Holiday Blend was akin to a Jimmy Kimmel "Terrible present" joke because now I'm stuck with 4 boxes, 4 boxes did I mention 4 boxes of scary dimly lit gas station flavored coffee.....Oh well HAPPY HOLIDAYS BLEND!!!

This version of Holiday blend is made in the Netherlands. (I looked at the label, trying to figure out why it was in French and English.) It is a medium to bold brew but definitely not the robust original Christmas or Holiday blend. I bought both to compare. I will use this as a morning coffee. I like a bolder brew - my favorite is Sumatra .

I hate writing this review but I have tried brewing this coffee several different ways - drip, press, Chemex - I just feel it is very weak tasting. I can hardly describe the flavor other than to say it is very, very mild. It is just not for me. I want a richer, bolder taste or richer, taste with notes of something. I don't notice any notes of anything. So sorry, to each his/her own and this is just not for me. I am going to try to exchange it for something else.

One of the most delicious coffees I've tried from the Starbucks Holiday line; this smooth, medium roast blend excites your taste buds with upfront notes of sweet/spicy maple and a light herbal note ends it. Wonderful with desserts; but I think it's a great coffee for your morning wake-up, Purchased 3 more pounds of whole bean Holiday Blend after being thrilled with the 1/2 pound bag -- strongly recommend grind as you go to keep coffee at its freshest.

I have never tried the Holiday blend and I now like it better than the Christmas blend. It has great flavor and rich body. The stronger you make it the bolder the flavor becomes. I like my coffee mild and I can get all the goodness without having to have a strong cup of coffee. As the saying goes "try it you'll like it!"

I've been enjoying Holiday Blend for a couple years, and try to stock up but always run out before the year is up. It tastes great, nice and smooth and pairs greatly with a white chocolate raspberry creamer. Anybody have any suggestions on a similar Stabrucks product that is strong enough in k cup form?

I love all the Holiday blends. Thanksgiving included. I buy up extra bags and store them to make it through the winter months with my "special" coffee. For those who are leaving comments about the whole beans and wishing for ground, the store will grind them for you. My husband has this done all the time when traveling with his coffee press. Just specify your grind.

Just love the flavor I purchased 8 boxes that's how much I love the flavor. I love brewed coffee and experiment with making iced coffee in different favors. I freeze coffee in ice cubes and blend them with cocoa or vanilla and Carmel for my own frappe's, with whipped topping.. In other wards I have Starbuck's at my house everyday.
