[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been drinking Starbucks kcup pike for a few weeks and I really like this coffee, it's strong and flavorful, but not to strong it's just right.I definitely taste some chocolate notes in the favor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee had a great flavor and was super fresh. We used it for our daily coffee and were very happy with it. Good level of ground coffee, not too fine, and very flavorful. The packaging was easy to use and re-seal for many days without the coffee getting air and becoming stale, it remained fresh with the re-seal provided. I would recommend.

We love Pike Place and always get it at Starbucks. When I order bags for home use the quality is very inconsistent. One bag will be full of perfect beans, the next will be broken bits of beans that look like the bottom of the barrel. I never know what I am going to get when I open the bag. This last order we said we would see how it goes. If it's as bad as the last order we won't buy again. I don't want to pay for broken bits and dregs of coffee beans.

I have been drinking Pikes Place daily for many many years... Its my only go to blend in stores and at home as well. The last few months the smell.. taste.. color and body of Pikes has changed for the worst. No life.. no flavor. It tastes like dead coffee. Watered down.. the coloring has changed as well. Weak. New packaging in the stores states notes of cocoa and rich praline. The original Pikes Place as well as the package pictured on this website says rich flavors of cocoa and toasted nuts...thats the good stuff..however stores are now stocked with new blend and packaging saying cocoa and praline...Huge difference. Starbucks changed the blend to a weaker blend and kept the name Pikes Place thinking the customers won't notice. Shame on you Starbucks. This new Pikes is awful. You should promote this new blend as Pikes light or something else. It is flavorless watered down coffee. Please bring back the original Pikes Place and rename this new blend of Pikes in your stores or better yet.. remove it. I love my local baristas.. they go above and beyond to make the customers happy but unfortunately.. I won't be visiting Starbucks daily if they cant bring back the original delicious aromatic Pikes Place. Why ruin a good thing Starbucks!

My husband and I are long time Starbuck users. We enjoy sampling new roasts as they are offered and have three other blends we look forward to drinking for a change. But of all the blends we have tried over many years Pike Place Roast is by far our favorite. The flavor is what we enjoy most. It is just right in our opinion.

The classic taste you love from buying one at their locations can be made at home for a fraction of the cost. I love the taste and aroma. I make coffee every day and I’m not even halfway through this bag. The quality is so good that you don’t need to use too much.

This has always been my favorite go to pod for my Keurig. The last box I bought (of 72 pods) is TERRIBLE!!! It tastes like weak watery coffee, even when using the strong button. Not only weak, just bad!!! I even tried my daughter's Keurig, and the one at our vacation home. All are the same. In other reviews similar to this you say nothing has changed, but SOMETHING has!
