I bought this mainly because you didn't have my Tully's or Peets French Roast but it is a good, strong coffee. Now, if Starbuck's would only lower the price, I'd drink it all the time.

If you really want to taste the coffee, Samatra is the choice for you! It is not bitter but it is full flavored coffee. It’s all I use unless it’s late in the day when I have to use decaf if I want to go to sleep!

My last order was for our coffee's. Sumatra is the only Starbucks coffee that my husband drinks, and I only drink McCafe with Hazelnut Delight creamer. We love our coffee's.

While we enjoy an occasional varietal blend, dark roast coffees are our preference. Sumatra Coffee is one of our favorites, Starbuck's Sumatra is our preferred brand. Full bodied, full flavored, not bitter.

I can't really speak on this blend personally, because my sister is the one who drinks it. According to her she likes it very much because she likes reallllly strong, bold flavored coffee.
