This is an excellent bold coffee and well worth the price. Other k cup brands lack a good strong coffee taste. I will buy it again and try other kcup varieties made by Starbucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee is good if you are looking for a mild flavor. It does not "bite back" as some coffees are prone to do. There was not an bitter aftertaste. I enjoyed this free sample in the morning.

Doesn't matter when, this is his pick! It' is my 2nd choice. We both love all that Starbucks uses it for in Anniversary, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Add a bit of 1/2 and 1/2 and we are in coffee heaven.

My husband and I have only been drinking Starbucks Coffee since bout 12 years ago when we were introduced to it. And Sumatra is manly the one we drink. But look forward to the Christmas blend every year.

Excellent coffee. Dark roast with a spicy/woody/earthy taste. Not acidic at all, which allows the other flavors to come out. Would call it a medium caffeine wise.

We love this coffee! We buy the whole bean and grind it fresh before each pot. The Sumatra has no bitter after taste. We easily drink 3 pots on the weekends.

I expected dark, too heavybitter and flavor smothering. What Sumatra yields is dark, rich, full flavored delight. It gives a flovor delight! I love it.

Sumatra is now my favorite coffee. Oodles of flavor in a rich, dark roast. The fact that it now comes in k-cups makes it easier for me to make a quick cup of my favorite.
