[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee is good if you are looking for a mild flavor. It does not "bite back" as some coffees are prone to do. There was not an bitter aftertaste. I enjoyed this free sample in the morning.

This is my all time favorite dark roast anywhere and is my "go to" coffee. I always drink coffee in the morning and it is almost always Starbucks Sumatra.

This is an excellent bold coffee and well worth the price. Other k cup brands lack a good strong coffee taste. I will buy it again and try other kcup varieties made by Starbucks.

If coffee could sing this a No.1 hit.A real good, bold taste.Just the smell when you grind the beans ,will make you confess to things you have never done. It's the best by far ! Geary

In ancient times all good plants were treated with the reverence of healing drugs...this included sugar...salt..coffee...Sumatra is not just a welcome flavor in the morning...my body worships the day when I drink it with heavy cream...

this is really good stuff, esp when combined with Kenyan..50/50, i love it it's not my fav but really close....if i could i would drink kenyan AA and Celebease 50/50, but i can't afford it so this what i drink...pretty darn close...just right

I ordered 8 boxes and was a little confused because the box design changed. The bummer part was how long it took along with a couple of the boxes being smooshed. You can't go wrong with the coffee though.

Sumatra is now my favorite coffee. Oodles of flavor in a rich, dark roast. The fact that it now comes in k-cups makes it easier for me to make a quick cup of my favorite.

I grind fresh beans everyday, my husband and I LOVE strong coffee but it has to have flavor & no bitterness. This is it! Nice flavor, no bitterness great way to start a day.
