Pike Place VIA instant coffee is amazingly close to a cup from a barista, & I don't have to be seen in public. Fast, easy, portable---what's not to love. It finally got my spouse to give up his a.m. Folger's Instant. Sure wish they would get the 48 cup dispenser box (back ordered 2+ months), all the 12 paks clutter the kitchen. Also wish scissors weren't needed.

Hi! I think your decaf packaging needs to be more distinct. It looks so much like the regular that I ordered decaf once (12 boxes!) and didn't notice it until I had already been through a couple of pods. Then the next month, I almost did it again. You really can't tell them apart online. I know I should be more careful, but I'm just naturally a careless person:) Maybe you could make the boxes red or orange or something. Also, I would like to see a coffee with chicory option. Otherwise, I love your coffee.

We are passionate coffee drinkers and very particular about the quality of coffee we use. Starbuck's instant coffee is the BEST tasting instant coffee you can purchase! It is perfect for daily use or an on the go cup. Starbuck's instants DO NOT taste anything like instants commonly found in grocery stores, and leaves one hard pressed to distinguish it from fresh brewed. Our favorites are the Columbian and Pike Place ... both are awesome !!

I have always drank Pike’s Place coffee and have always loved the caramel smell and taste. The last Pike’s Place I bought is reading Chocolate & Toasted Nut, tastes bitter and disgusting. Where did the caramel notes go? You may have lost a long-time customer.

Got a bag of the ground from my local store. The taste has changed, you can tell just from smelling it in the bag. Pike Place no longer has a buttery smooth taste all the way through. Now, it has a harsh bitter almost burnt taste at the end! I thought I got a bad batch, but this doesn't seem to be the case as per other reviews.

A rich, medium color of coffee that has very low acidity, and is the perfect balanced coffee to drink anytime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always starbucks coffee knocks it out of the park with their pike place medium rost coffee grounds. Smells just wonderful with a nice bold but not too bold flavor. I love the way my house smells in the mornings while my coffee is brewing.

I'm fairly new to Starbucks Coffee. Don't get me wrong, I've always loved a good specialty drink from their stores, but I've never bought and brewed at home whole bean Starbucks coffee-until now. A few weeks ago, I bought a bag of Pike Place Roast coffee, and I was not disappointed. It's certainly a darker roast than I expected, but I loved it from the first cup. It's traditional, in that it's not bogged down by a lot of added flavors, so you get to enjoy the taste of the coffee. And it's a really, really good taste. The subtle cocoa flavor is especially prominent when drinking this coffee over ice (which I found to be delicious). The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the bitter aftertaste. But nonetheless, this is a delicious coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually grind whole beans for my pour over, but this Starbucks Pike Place coffee has me wondering why I bother with the hassle and mess of grinding beans myself. I didn't expect a ground coffee to have a fullness of flavor rivaling whole bean. The Pike Place roast is a classic for a reason - High quality and great flavor. I will keep this in my rotation from now on!
