[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the Starbucks French Roast, it's definitely the darkest roast I have had, which is great for me, the darker the better! The scent of this coffee was exquisite! It was deep, chocolately, and not too bitter like other dark roasts I have tried. I will definitely be re-ordering this flavor, especially because they don't serve this roast at the Starbucks counter (at least near me), so it's the only way to enjoy it! If you like dark roasts, this is the king of dark roasts- it brings the flavor and tastes so fresh even though it's pre-ground! Total winner for me.

I saw a few of these pods in my co workers office and decided to try one. It changed my life. I will never go back to dunkin or any other coffee. If you love a deep roasted Smokey flavor this is the coffee for you. I just wish I knew the amount of caffeine in it. It’s not on the box or online anywhere... shouldn’t all good have a nutrition facts chart???

We live on Martha's Vineyard and cannot always get the whole bean French Roast Starbucks coffee that we need. Sometimes we have to settle for an inferior coffee. My husband and I have given up settling for something that just doesn't have that wonderful aroma and flavor that the French Roast does. I don't have to make reservations to go off island to get our coffee and can just go online and order it, we don't have to wait. In fact I usually make reservations one week in advance, the coffee arrived in four days after placing online order. Great Job! Thanks Starbucks.

If you like your coffee toe-curling strong then this is for you. The coffee has no bitterness to it and has a great tatste. Had no problems using it in my coffee maker.

I have been drinking Starbucks Coffee from the time that there were only two stores in Seattle, Pike Place Market and University Village. We have tried other French Roast beans, but nothing matches the full richness of Starbucks. We have had an ongoing subscription for several years. French Roast in the morning is the way we start our day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the concept of this coffee. The packaging idea of individual cans for each half pot of coffee is awesome. It was the perfect amount to brew a nice strong half pot of coffee. I was even able to stretch it to brewing 3/4 of a pot and still have it end up strong enough. It’s great having freshly opened coffee for each time I brew the coffee. The cans were very easy to open with their pull top and the coffee was always fresh. Unfortunately the flavor could use some improvement. It was extremely bitter. Even when I mixed some flavored creamer in it, it was still very bitter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Starbucks coffee, and drink it everyday. Recently I tried their Caffè Verona® coffee. The containers are the perfect size for my smaller coffee pot. It is fresh and strong, giving me the energy to start my day.

With the cyber Monday offer, this was a perfect buy for my hubby who downs french roast! However, I did wish that the box was smaller so that the capsules in it were not thrown all over and would be more environmentally friendly to only use what is needed. If not for this, it would have been a 5-star purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would of thought dark roast was on the stronger side, was proven wrong. This is packed with flavor and a great awakening smell and overall taste. Paired with a good creamer it's as good as you can make at home.

This is the only coffee we drink anymore and it saves us money because we only make the number of cups with our KCup machine that we are going to drink instead of leaving partial pots of coffee all the time. The flovor is bold and not acidic. A great way to start the day.
