I've ordered online MANY times. Always a perfect experience. Lots of other brands/choices available...have tried a few but none come close to SB's French Roast. period

Great if you like it strong and bitter. I hated it, and couldn't drink it. Tried different grind sizes/times, added salt, drip times. Nothing helped. Just not for me. Gave it away. Next time I will know to buy a smaller bag first.

I really enjoy your coffee and especially like the one pound bag. However, I find the shape of the bag does not conform well to my canister shape. I Would love to see it shorter and fatter so I can avoid separating a small portion out for it to fit.

1. No directions on box. 2. No directions on each cup. 3. Coffee is strong with an acid taste no matter how much or less grounds that I put in my cup. 4. Love Starbucks' coffee and have stock in it but this time, I'm very disappointed.

Why would anyone want to end the best coffee ever made. It is intense, smokey and delicious and a best seller on many a coffee drinkers list. Bold and beautiful never tatsed better. French Roast Forever !!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked VIA Grench Roast and continued ordering it after no longer available in stores. It is back in some stores (Dec 2015), and is not like before. It is bitter without the flavor it had previously.

Not sold any longer in the store I visit so I purchased ahead, just in case. Starbucks makes the best instant coffee, all the ones I've tried are great. Christmas Blend is also excellent.

Me and my Wife tried all of the Dark and Most of the Medium Roast Coffees. and Selected this as are primary Coffee with Breakfast Blend & Komodo Dragon coming in Second. Love the Taste and No After Taste. Makes an Excellent Mocha.

Starbucks French Roast is my absolute favorite coffee. I drink it black/no sugar, and the flavor fills my senses with strong smokey flavor every time.
