I usually have to go to several SB's to find it, as it is usually sold out. Been buying two pounds every month for years. Nothing but compliments on how great my coffee tastesujsing a French press....

I've ordered online MANY times. Always a perfect experience. Lots of other brands/choices available...have tried a few but none come close to SB's French Roast. period

Can't imagine a morning without a few cups of this wonderful coffee. The flavor and aroma of the French Roast VIA just can't be beat. Even better then making it with grounds and a whole lot easier.

I only buy French Roast. I was forced to buy Italian since there was no French Roast at the store I go to. Nothing compared to French Roast. Please, please do not discontinue French Roast. I may have to look elsewhere and I don't want to do that.

Pleased with the coffee. However - expected two boxes of coffee each box containing 48 single packets - instead received 12 boxes each containing 8 single packages. Availability, order process, shipment, and delivery were good.

Starbucks offers such a wide range of options, but we keep comin' back to French Roast because we've yet to find anything in the DARK ROAST family to compare. We drink it black and savor the zing!

1. No directions on box. 2. No directions on each cup. 3. Coffee is strong with an acid taste no matter how much or less grounds that I put in my cup. 4. Love Starbucks' coffee and have stock in it but this time, I'm very disappointed.

I buy this coffee often at local Starbukcs stores. However, the coffee that I ordered on-line and received recently was not fresh. This may just be a one-time experience but I was disappointed.

French Roast Via is the perfect cup of coffee. We will buy this on a continuing basis. Buying the coffee in bulk through the online store provides a good savings in the price.

I really enjoy your coffee and especially like the one pound bag. However, I find the shape of the bag does not conform well to my canister shape. I Would love to see it shorter and fatter so I can avoid separating a small portion out for it to fit.
