This roast is soooo delicious. It's no to bitter not to sweet. Just the right amount of acidity and hits all the right notes that you would expect from a great cup of coffee.

This was a gift to my son for Christmas, along with two (2) other coffee blends. It must be his favorite, because he said it's already gone. I guess I'll be returning for more, and I agree, it's my favorite too.

Starbuck's French Roast is my favorite pod coffee out there but I don't always buy it as it is quite a bit more expensive than other brands. So I felt very lucky to get such a good deal this time! Thanks, Starbuck's!!

The best dark roasted coffee you can buy. We have purchased other flavors of the dark roasted coffees , but this one has the smoothest flavor, not bitter, and is strong enough that you can enjoy your coffee, and not have a bland taste.

We have a pretty high end at home espresso machine and got these beans. Never had any other problem with other beans but these just won't grind correctly in the espresso machine which is a total waste since we got a huge bag.

I buy this coffee often at local Starbukcs stores. However, the coffee that I ordered on-line and received recently was not fresh. This may just be a one-time experience but I was disappointed.

Ready Brew French Roast is one of my favorite quick coffees, providing a wonderful depth of flavor. It's convenient and economical. Most of all, it's handy for those days when I'm rushed for time but still want an enjoyable cup of coffee.

I've been buying french roast by the pound for 15 years. About a pound a week. I've tried all their other roasts and do not like anyone of them. I guess I'll have to find another store to shop.

My coffee snob husband, who has sneered at instant coffee and drinks only fresh brewed French Roast, uses the French Roast Via. THAT'S AN ENDORSEMENT. (The ordering process was painful but was fixed. )
