I personally like a lot of cream in my coffee, so it worked out perfectly for me. But if you don't like your coffee strong I'd suggest a lighter roast.

Following each step was simple. The coffee brewed up with great flavor. Very bold, not for the delicate coffee taste lovers. Its big, its bold, it'll wake you up! This product makes drip coffee as easy and a K Cup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed the pleasant and mild taste. I am usually a strong and/or dark coffee drinker, but this really was good and I recommend it. It is a little bit pricier than others, but that was expected. Dangerously addictive.

"Smoky" is the perfect word to describe this coffee. The beans have a strong tobacco scent that simply wasn't appealing to this ex-smoker. I take my coffee black with no sugar, so flavor is really important to me. This coffee was bitter and left an unpleasant aftertaste.

I grind this on #3 at the store and brew it every morning in my Krupps cone bottom drip machine. I can't find any other coffee that comes close to the intensity of Starbuck's French Roast. It's so intense they've dropped it from the stores in Europe, I have to get colleagues to bring it in from the U.S.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Starbucks-SBUX KCup French Roast 10ct 6x4 2oz US a few weeks back to enjoy in my house. The cups are great, very easy to prepare and make and they make a great tasting cup of coffee, enjoy.

We are daily coffee drinkers and are pretty particular about what we drink. French Roast is our favorite morning coffee. We use a percolator to brew our coffee and there is nothing better than the smell of french roast as it brews and fills up the kitchen with it's satisfying aroma. Highly recommend French Roast for anyone who loves coffee.

We noticed that it smells a bit different than the whole bean bag but the taste is almost the same. The flavor is strong and full. Love Starbucks coffee and they all taste so good!
