I would also like to provide some unique information about the Olay Retinol24 products that may allow you to continue using your purchase for its many anti-aging benefits.I want to assure you, we thoroughly evaluate our products to be safe when used as directed, and we maintain an ongoing monitoring program for quality and safety. As such, we take your report very seriously and are again glad you reached out. Our Retinol24 products are unique in that the majority of them are meant to be used only at night. Also, instead of immediately discontinuing use, you could try cutting back on how often you use the product or try another version to see if your skin adjusts. For example, if you are applying the product every night, try using it every other night or just once a week until your skin is accustomed to it. Once your skin adjusts you can try using it more often. Or, if you're using our original Retinol24 + Peptide Night Hydrating Moisturizer, you could try the MAX version instead. While it does have a higher level of retinol, Retinol24 MAX also provides more hydration to soothe skin. If you continue to experience irritation after trying the tips above, we recommend you stop using the product altogether.
