I bought the Retinol 24 night moisturizer and used on my face and neck 3 nights. I experienced itching, burning, peeling skin, especially on my neck. Have spent the past 6 days using hydrocortisone cream to try to heal my neck with slow recovery results. It felt nice on my skin but I must be allergic to retinol so won't buy again.

I bought this earlier this week and tried it out the first night. I noticed a tingling sensation right away, but thought nothing of it. The next morning I woke up to painful, cracking, red, swollen skin all over my face. I wouldn't have imagined retinol burn would be possible by using so little and only on the first try, but clearly I was wrong. It is now five days later and I still cannot apply anything to my face without the swollen redness reappearing. It burns almost nonstop, and I've had to use ice packs to fill the sensation. This is definitely not something I would recommend. I wish there were a warning on the packaging so people could know the risk before buying.

Bought this and the serum so that i could compare to another brand's version (begins with an N). I love the Olay regenerist microsculpting cream and couldn't wait to try this. I've used the retinol 24 a couple of times and it doesn't make my skin feel at all hydrated--just smooth and slippery because dimethicone is one of its primary ingredients. The other brand makes me feel much more hydrated and the retinol really makes a difference. I won't buy this product again.

So I bought this for myself and my sister… we saw all of the reviews about how amazing abd great it was .. However after only a week of using it we noticed and felt our face and Neck getting very tight. Like painful tightness. We continue using it for the second week. Our skin and neck broke out, cracked and peeled. We have since stop using it. I then tried it again this past week as my face fir better ..Thinking that maybe my skin was just having a bad two weeks. No such thing! This product is way too sensitive for Asian skin. Beware!!

I have used many retinols and this doesn't even feel like one. Normally, retinols cause some redness or peeling but this causes discoloration. It's very annoying that I can't return the product. Definitely will not order again. Save your money and buy a better product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I havent used this long enough to state accurately whether it works for wrinkles/fine lines but I can say its a great moisturizer. I love how it feels when you apply it. My skin doesnt feel dry or slick, but soft and smooth instead. Its a dry moisture if that makes sense. I dont feel like I have to run continuously to get my skin to absorb it. Its just a great moisturizer. I cant even smell it, so if there is a scent, its very slight. Also, I have very sensitive skin but this hasnt given me any issues yet. The jar is a decent size too. It will last a long time because you dont need a lot of the product to lotion your skin. Ive used this on my face and hands.

I expected this to be as good as other Olay products I've used. It's so bad tht I'm prompted to write my first ever review. It is never absorbed and remains like a coat of grease on the skin. If you rub it, little pellets result. And it does nothing to make skin less dry. Back to Curel.

I do not have a sensitive skin . I used different types of products for my skin and I did not have any issues before. However, since I used this product, my skin has become really weird , it is irritated. It is like there is a different layer on my face.

I tried this cream after not so great results with the regenerist whip fragrance free and I'm so glad I did! I'm 53 with super oily skin and occasionally still get breakouts. This didn't leave my skin oily or dry. I now have this on subscription and look forward to the anti-aging benefits that doesn't exacerbate my other issues! Definitely recommend for oily skin gals! Would like to know if the Maxx version works just as well on oily skin. For now, this is my new best night cream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this product, especially that is fragrance free considering I have sensitive skin. This is my first time using retinol (heard it is better to start early) and I've been cautious to not overdo it. The cream itself feels really nice and velvety on the skin. I haven't noticed much around my face in a difference, if anything my pores seem to be a bit bigger? But that could also be other factors as well. My main complaint with this product is how hard the second lid is to get off. There's a ridge to help pull it up but if you don't have nails (or if they aren't strong) it is quite hard to take off. I usually end up using tweezers to grip the sides.
