Used the old formula since highschool, it was great. Then the formula was changed for some reason, and now it burns my face! I have super sensitive skin, and could only use this moisturizer. Now i have to find a new one.

I pains me to write this review because I have used the original formula for 25 years, but the new formula has forced me to stop. The new ingredients burn my skin and have caused really bad breakouts. Very disappointed and will be switching brands.

I don’t know what you’ve done, but the new formula (now white and a thinner consistency) gave me hives. I’m obviously throwing the rest of the bottle away and will not use your products..

I have been using this product for over 40 years. I have tried other lotions and this was always the best. Sadly they have changed the formula and I agree with others it sits on your skin and is very drying. I will need to find a new moisturizer.

I've been using this for at least 15 years, but sadly I will not be anymore. The new formula feels like it sits on my skin instead of absorbing in, as a result my skin not only feels dry, it looks dry. It has also caused my acne to flare up.

Like their last reformulation a decade ago, this take is also a downgrade. It's thinner, smells like Halloween makeup, and doesn't moisturize like what it replaced. Hopefully, if enough people complain, they'll change it back as they did before.

I bought this to restock on my favorite lotion and what you’ve done is created a garbage product! Been a huge supporter for 15 years. You’ve made the product smaller less quality and more expensive. Oil of lame!

Another voice begging you to return to the old formula. I used this product faithfully for 20+ years and loved it. The new formula is thick, leaves my skin feeling flaky, and burns my eyes even when I’m careful to stay far away from them.

I have used the Olay complete sensitive SPF 15 for years. This new formula is thick, oily, smells terribly of sunscreen and burns your skin and eyes. I am returning it and will find something else. Such a shame.

I’m a beauty influencer and have tried many facial products to review and regardless of the many high end sunscreens I’ve tried, I always seem to come back to Olay. I’ve been using this product for many years and love what it does for me.
