Why change a great formula? I have been using a version of Olay complete since 1991. This new formula includes octinoxate, a chemical sunscreen that is terrible. I will no longer purchase this product and urge Olay to return to the original.

I used to use this product all the time but the new formula makes it thinner, greasy like sunscreen (unlike moisturizer) and has a fragrance compared to the previous version. The previous formula was much better. Please bring back the old formula.

I have been a user of this product for 20 years. This batch seems to be different. It feels like sunscreen, that was never the case in the past formulas. It also has a light sunscreen smell. It burns pretty bad.

I’ve been using the original sensitive skin moisturizer SPF for decades. It was perfect. This new one is AWFUL. Will never repurchase. This new one burns my eyes, makes my skin burn, turns my face red, breaks me out. Will NEVER repurchase.

Why would y’all change the formula. The color is completely different. It doesn’t feel as moisturizing. And there’s a terrivle smell from it. Change it back, please because this new formula is so much worse.

I used the old version for decades with no issues. This new version BURNS my eyes. It's also thicker and has a significantly different odor. Please go back to the old formula!! Pictures of the old and new bottles.

I've used this for many years. The most recent bottle purchased smells bad, is somehow simultaneously sticky and gritty, and no longer moisturizes well. I still had a bit left in my old bottle to compare and there is definitely a big difference.

I have been using this product since I was in middle school, over 25 yrs ago. I am shocked Olay changed the formula. It was a cult classic. My skin burned after just minutes and I had to wash it immediately. PLEASE bring back the old formula.

I've loved this product for over 20 years. Sadly, I can't use the new formula. It's very thick, feels greasy like sunblock, and worst of all BURNS my eyes badly. I never thought I'd be shopping for a new moisturizer, but here we are.

I've been using Olay Complete moisturizer for years and always loved how it felt. I bought a new bottle and was disappointed that it had changed. It smells like sunscreen, doesn't go on as smooth, and burns my eyes if I get too close.
