Bought these for my mom. She's 83 and has problems with cleaning pots over the sink,(I cant get her to realize they go in the dishwasher), Anyway, These clean up very easily.

The large square fryer is excellent for frying chicken, it cooks chicken all the way through and you can cook alot at one time. Saves time when cooking for a large family. Great item.

I was leery, saw the commercials, thought it can't work like that, too good to be true...but it's true! It does work like that! My only complaint is that the square pan is rather heavy, a little too heavy for my comfort.

I bought this at Christmas and so far exceeds my expectations. More slippery than Teflon. We only use these pans now. Long term will be the test. I hope they hold up.

I love my Copper Chef pans. I really love the square one. It is easy to use and easy to pour from and a breeze to clean. Want to order the 3 quart and 8 quart stock pots. Please let me know when you start carring them. Love them.
