Much better made than expected... heavier (good) and larger. Will be buying some smaller pans and pots from this manufacturer. Cooks great AND cleans up beautifully.

This pan is so versatile. Love the non stick surface. You can roast, steam, fry and so much more in it. Very nice size and deep. Clean up is a breeze with this pan. Would highly recommend it.

Bought this last month. It works great. Still add a bit of butter for my eggs though. Start out with med heat and gradually increase .WORKS GREAT SO FAR

I bought this three weeks ago. The first time we tried the skillet, the bottom is not flat and all of the liquid ran to the sides of the pan. Cooking in the middle of the skillet was impossible.

Copper Chef 7-Piece Cookware Set is the best! I love em hope they make a gumbo pot. I made a wonderful soup in the square pot the flavor was infused, meat tender no sticking to the bottom of the pot. Thanks.

The large square fryer is excellent for frying chicken, it cooks chicken all the way through and you can cook alot at one time. Saves time when cooking for a large family. Great item.

The perfect addition to the ten inch skillet I already owned. Great recipes included. Love the square pan with fry basket and rack. Goes from stove top to oven. Looking forward to adding more pieces
