I wish there was an "ultra-gentle" mode. I find that even the lowest setting, combined with the softest brush head is too aggressive for me.

I purchased the option that included the whitening head. After just few weeks my teeth were noticeably whiter. I have since purchased a head to improve gum health. This model immediately choose the correct mode of operation. Great product!

Definitely prefer this over my Oral B. There's more power to it with options to clean, whiten, or gum emphasis. I'd recommend this (and have done so). Good buy.

I like the way it beeps when you're to change position,but some confusion about a beep for too much pressure a beep for changing areas I cannot tell the difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phillips sonic tooth brush. This is my third. The last two died after a few years, but long after warranty. The only problem I have is that although this tooth brush is new and I'm using the brush head that came with it, the brush falls off as I'm using it. This just started a couple weeks ago and I've been meaning to contact the company about the warranty. I can still brush with it, but it falls off at least one time, every day. I've taken off the brush head and cleaned both ends, but I don't see anything that would keep it from having a strong placement. I haven't had this happen with your previous tooth brushes. Although my last one didn't seem to have a good seal with any new brush heads after I had used it tge base for a couple years. I thought that maybe I was buying the wrong brush heads, so tried several different types of sonic brush head, but all seemed to have a gap and were wobbly. That said, none if them ever fell off the base while in use. Can you help?
