Excellent sonicare toothbrush. You can buy additional interchangeable toothbrush heads that target different areas - for instance stain removal (W) brush head, plaque, gums (G2 or G3 heads). Removes plaque and improves gum health within a few uses. This specific toothbrush includes one type W toothbrush head. Walmart shipped this product out and delivered to me within 24 hours while other stores would take a week to arrive. Highly rated.

I had an older sonicare version that I bought when I got braces in high school. I've had it for over 15 years! It finally started to breakdown, so I bought this one. It's a little different, but I still love it! My mouth feels so clean afterwards. And every time I go to the dentist, they comment on how clean my teeth are and ask if I have an electric toothbrush. Purchased this Philips Sonicare to replace my first one purchased many, many years ago that was destroyed in our home fire. If I had realized how much the Sonicare has improved, over the years, I would have purchased it much sooner. Great product with all the features I need. The size has been significantly reduced from my old one. Very easy to handle.

This is a great toothbrush that is much quieter than I expected during use. It also has some great features that have helped me, and made my trips to the dentist a bit easier. I have a bad habit of pressing too hard when brushing, and this is toothbrush lets me know when I'm pressing too hard. It also helps me be thorough, by notifying me when to switch to different sections of me teeth.

Only positive experience. Perfect cleaning. I don't have any negatives. It has various modes from which you can choose the one that suits you now. Easy intuitive operation. Come on! It's just a toothbrush ) It's great and does its job well. My teeth are clean. Has a long battery life, I don't even remember it bothering me, a week or two without charging, then I put it on charge on occasion.

It took less than 1 week from the moment I submitted my request for the warranty and proof of purchase, to the moment my new replacement arrived at my door step. I am very happy with this model. Every time I use it, I feel my teeth as clean as if I went to the dentist. It's impressive. I will certainly won't be going back to traditional toothbrush. Highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new toothbrush has paused twice while brushing. The brush was still on making a funny noise. Had to turn off and back on to make it work properly. These brushes are too expensive to not be working properly.

I purchased this in May of 2024 and now (October 2025) I have had to request a warranty replacement twice due to it breaking. The way they designed the connection between the head and the body leads to it becoming loose and it eventually stops vibrating properly. I had the original Sonicare toothbrush last from 2007-2023 but the new design is terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I much prefer the original Philips Sonicare (HX5610 - 150825) but unfortunately it is not manufactured anymore. It is a shame they had to redesign what was a fine product. The new Philips Sonicare (HX369BK - 220606) comes with a much smaller C2 brush head. It does not have the same brushing action as the original Sonicare. The base is very lightweight and not as supportive as the original. You cannot plug the new version into an electrical outlet. You have to buy a USB adapter.
