I really wanted to like this detergent. We try to buy more natural products, and I was so excited that Sams club had this detergent. We live out in the country and have hard water. Unfortunately, it didn’t work well for us. My clothes smell kind of odd/not good. I used All Free and Clear to see if the clothes smelled better, and they did. I’m mixing the two detergents to use it up.

I really wanted to like this product. I loved the smell and its cleaner ingredients. Unfortunately wash after wash our clothes don't appear freshly washed, still feel dirty and don't smell clean. I was eager to go back and repurchase but will decide to pass next time.

I have been using this ECOS detergent for almost a year. It's very effective, it's lighted scented...fresh, clean scent. I'm sorry that we cannot find this detergent at the McAllen Sams Club located at 10th and Trenton. We asked attendants there if they had it and they said that they will no longer have it at the store that we need to order online.

I normally use tide free and gentle detergent and have never broken out, but I saw ecos at sams club and we decided to try it since it has a soft scent of lavender. The day after wearing clothes that had been washed with it and sleeping in the bed sheets that had been washed in it I broke out with an itchy rash all over. I know it was the detergent because even my mask outline that had been washed with it broke me out. I have always had sensitive skin and needed sensitive detergent, and this one may work for some but definitely did not work for me when I tried it. My husband does not have sensitive skin and he did not break out, so it seems to work fine if you don’t have sensitive skin. I will not be purchasing this product again.

This just does not do it for us with a baby and husband's dirty work clothes in grease. Liquid Tide for Sensitive skin works better for him. And for baby and I we are going to have to go back to 7th Generation laundering liquid soap. I like this soap but we need laundering soda to go with it if we continue to use product. Something other than expensive Oxyclean powder that still does not help. Very frustrating but okay for the value. Probably should use a full cap and more to wash laundry larger loads. It seems to do better with more used but needs an additive to boost stain and oder fighting. Going back to all natural without chemicals in it.

Disappointing performance. Our clothes are not getting clean, they either end up smelling musty or like they were never washed. While I love the price point for a natural product and the lavender scent (when smelled from container) I will not be repurchasing.

I bought this 1 month ago for my daughter because she have allergy on the skin and I thought it was good for her but not at all, she ended in the hospital few days later with the skin so irritated, the face so crack and she is just a little girl Arrrrgggg!! Im very upset with this product

I have bought this product a few times over the years and we recently bought it again. But I just can't seem to like it. My sons clothes keep coming out with stains like grease stains. That should be washing out easily with even natural soaps. And I have sprayed them. Plus I find the container to be so heavy and difficult To pull off the shelf and pour that I wish I had never bought it.

Household of 7. 5 teenage boys! As you can imagine, I am doing laundry A LOT! This big bottle lasts us a month. Clothes are clean and smell great. Remember I said 5 teenage boys..!? Stinky boys, that play football work at fast food. So we’ve got dirty stinky clothes. I love this detergent!

^_^This Ecos laundry detergent is FANTASTIC,I've been using it for years & refuse to use any other brand.It's a GREAT PRICE & you get a LOT of loads of laundry out of 1 big bottle.It has a wonderful NATURAL aroma & makes fabrics silky soft.It even protects bedding & clothes over the long term too.THIS is the detergent you want to use for delicate skin,it's not marketed for babies like the other expensive stuff...But this stuff is safe & gentle enough even for baby clothes due to the natural ingredients,it'll save you a lot of money & it's likely actually more gentle than a lot of the stuff that's merely MARKETED for babies ultimately.It really does remove tough stains like grass stains & dried blood,it'll take whatever food/bodily fluid stains you can throw at it.I always recommend for all ages because it cleans effectively while being kind to skin...& it's a lovely bonus that it's not tested on animals,environmentally friendly, AND most importantly it's NOT covered in poison center control warnings like much of the synthetic junk is.
