I love the product, but the cap cracked while shipping and a big leak occurred. I retrieved most from the zipper bag surrounding the jug, but still lost a bit.

Big bottle and great smell only if they had more options of scents , i know this company does make them and would be cool to have more than just lavender

i've trusted this detergent for years to get my laundry clean and fresh. no harsh fragrance and dependable cleaning. grease and oil still requires a stain remover , but i wouldn't use any other brand.

This detergent works extremely well! It removed beet juice from a kitchen towel! Only downside is you can only get by shipping, it arrived with 1/4 of bottle having leaked. Too much hassle to return to club.

I have used this detergent for several years. Iy works as well as any other laundry detergent, but costs a lot less, plus it's all natural. I highly recommend it.

Previously used this detergent. Seems to work good. Doesn't require much. Follow directions. I think it smells nice, and not overpowering. Like the non-abrasive ingredients. Free from dyes. Glad i was able to find on Sam's Club website.
