We've used ECOS Laundry Detergent since its introduction at Sam's Club about a decade or more ago. It fulfills our medium+ duty cleaning requirements without adding to our environmental stress. Also, it extends washing machine and sewer line life with it's gentle formulation. Thanks ECOS!

I've been using ECOS PLUS detergent for years and I am really pleased with it. This is a concentrated hypoallergenic detergent with built -in fabric softener. It contains 100% natural, plant-based, non-toxic, biodegradable household cleaners and it cleans clothes extremely well. I would recommend it to others.

Have used the Ecos laundry detergent for a very long time, and was disappointed when Sam's Club discontinued it in favor of their own brand. Glad to see that it is back at Sam's, but disappointed that it is on-line only. Ordered a bottle and received it the next day. It was very well packed in its own sturdy cardboard box inside the larger delivery box. It arrived in perfect condition. Sam's has it for a much better price than the local stores

I have used the echos laundry detergent for a while and I love it because it's clean, nontoxic, smells decent. however, this time the bottle that I received is defective, because the spout opens on the wrong side of the handle so when I pour it, it makes a mess. It's hard to describe, but I'll include the picture.

I have no idea how good this product is because it smells so bad I wouldn't even try it.

I switched from Tide and gain because my daughter was breaking out...it was because of Tide clothes detergent was too harsh. I switched and do not have any problems with her skin. It gets my clothes fresh n clean and i do not have to use fabric softener because it is built in.

I'm not sure why but Sam's doesn't have the normal detergent but this one with lavender in it. I did a pick up order, forgot to select do not substitute, and received the lavender detergent. This stuff broke me out in hives all over. If you have sensitive skin, do not get the one with lavender. I had no idea what was going on. After a couple of doctors visits later and an ER visit, I check my detergent, (that had the sticker with my name and the date I picked it up over the lavender part) and I was so mad. Please bring back the normal ECOS detergent. I give the original detergent a 5 star and that's the only one I use and it last longer than the one I have to get at another store now due to it not being available at Sam's.

We bought this thinking it was a better choice for the environment. It did not work on our laundry. I thought it made me itch, but I read many positive reviews, so I kept using it thinking my skin was going through a sensitive phase. Big mistake. We have a front-loading washer. The washer started to smell bad even though we kept the door open as suggested when we bought it. Then a film of gunk starting to form on the door, which never happened with the other detergents we used. The kitchen and bath towels stopped absorbing water. We had no idea what was going on with them and were about to toss the whole thing, but we bought new towels and after washing them, realized we were having the same problem. Our clothes got dingy, and we were worried our water pipes were having problems and would need replaced. It didn't matter if we used OxyClean, bleach, or a hot wash setting. We changed detergents and noticed almost immediately that the washer quit smelling and the gunk was noticeably less than before we did the load. The towels started to absorb water again. I stopped itching. Finally, the clothes looked cleaner. This was a waste of money and time. I am quite concerned that we may have hurt our washer as we can't see all the build-up that occurred during the time we used this product. I'm thrilled I'm not constantly itching. We won't buy this again.

Desperately miss this detergent. Wonderful for my allergies, cleaned AMAZING, and handled pet laundry like a PRO. Why was it seemingly out if the blue replaced with a SMALLER bottle of member's mark brand that runs 100 LESS LOADS PER BOTTLE that is only around $5 cheaper? Like we wouldn't notice the swap?
