I wasn't sure what quinoa was, since I never had it before. But the package was so appetizing I knew I would like it. It was abundant in flavor, and actually filling.

It was okay very garlic flavored maybe a little over seasoned for my taste buds. I'm not used to quinoa texture either so it was a bit strange compared to rice.
