The only negative thing I have to say is, I wish there was a gluten free label. If there was, I would have given 5 stars. I love rice/quinoa combo. The garlic is mild and I added a splash of coconut aminos= so Delicious!

Received this as a sample and I was pleasantly surprised. Loved the taste and flavor of this. Also, the ease of preparation! Awesome accompaniment to any meal.
